Prices come from Yahoo Finance and can be delayed. Cost basis is the average price you paid per share. Import a Fidelity Positions download to load tickers, shares, and average cost. Form 4 and 144 are ignored by default.

Live quotes help when a deal involves more than one ticker, such as MDT and MMED. Discover new tenders from the EDGAR tab.

Enter a ticker or CIK. The lookup returns the SEC CIK, company page, and filing links. CUSIP is read from a filing that states it.
